Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

All bookings, whether tour or accommodation, require a 50% deposit.

Payment may be made via Credit Card, Cheque or Money Order.

Cancellations notified more than 28 days prior to the booking will incur a cancellation fee of $ 20 (including GST)

Cancellations notified 28 days or less and more than 14 days prior to the booking, will forfeit the full deposit or 25% of the total booking fee, whichever is less.

Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the booking, will forfeit all monies paid.
